I’m currently using this equine assisted recovery programme. This beats any counsellor or psychologist. You can’t fool the horse – however you are feeling the horse picks up on it. It has certainly been a big help in the way I think about the future and people. I have never experienced so many different emotions as I did the first week and every week since.
